What is BAEYOUNG?

Baeyoung is an e-commerce apparel retailer based in Cape Town and delivering to South Africa.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 5 – 7 working days for an order to be processed. Send us a direct message, email to see if your size and color is in stock prior to paying online.

Can I collect the order in store?

We are primarily an online store, and at this stage we are not able to do in store collections. But we will be implementing In Store Pickups together with local clothing stores soon.

How do I order on your site?

Currently orders are placed via Facebook, Instagram, or Whatsapp.

1. 1. Select a product that appeals to you.
   2. Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description along with pictures and reviews to help you make your choice.
      We understand that every purchase is a big decision so we will try to equip you with as much information as possible.
      Remember we do have a return policy to allow you to swop out your product so you will never be stuck with a product you don’t like.
   3. Once you have selected a size and color. You may contact us on one of your preferred platforms; Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, to place your order.
      An agent will contact you to provide you with any further information you may require and help you place your order.
   4. Once your order has been placed an email will be sent to you containing all our banking details in order for you to make the EFT payment or DIRECT BANK deposit. Proof of Payment must be sent to baeyoungco@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Only once we have received your money into our account will we send your product to you.

How Can I Return a Product?

You are purchasing online and there are going to be times that you get something that you don’t quite want, please don’t fear because we offer returns on most of our products. We will also refund you your money or give you on site credit should you want to wait for something else to come along.

1. 1. RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE COSTS R80
   2. RETURNING FOR A REFUND COSTS R60
   3. We must wait for the returning product to get back to us before exchanging/refunding and the goods must be undamaged/unworn with all the relevant packaging still intact/undamaged, please understand how important this is.
   4. Please email baeyoungco@gmail.com your order number and we will effect the exchange.
   5. If an item sent to you is the wrong size/item from what you ordered. BAEYOUNG will pay the Courier fee and get the right item to you as quickly as possible.
   6. Credit Card Refunds take up to 14 days by law.
   7. EFT refunds can take up to 2 days to be visible in customers’ accounts (Depending on Bank).
   8. Direct Deposit Refunds will be processed within 1 hour of product returning.
   9. The courier will supply a flyer bag when collecting.
   10. When the courier collects, please make sure THEY ARE IN A MARKED COURIER VEHICLE, ARE WEARING UNIFORMS AND SUPPLY YOU WITH PROOF OF COLLECTION
       
       Returns and refunds must be enacted within 7 Days of receiving goods.
